Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
In April of 2025, the company obtained LEED Gold certification for five of its floor finishes.
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is a voluntary certification system promoted by the U.S. Green Building Council to assess the sustainability of buildings. It certifies the ecological performance of a building or urban area based on criteria such as energy efficiency, water use, material selection, and indoor air quality. There are four certification levels: Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
