The Company, well aware that the overall quality of its processes and works directly influences its market position and, consequently, its profitability and development goals, intends to strive to ensure that:
Quality objectives
All the works performed must satisfy the need for which they are carried out and comply with actual laws and regulations
The optimal quality of products and services must always be reached, through the continuous research and innovation of the processes, aimed at the customers’ satisfaction
All the company’s operators must be responsible for the quality and in particular the several department managers must be personally engaged in applying what prescribed by the Quality Manual and the Management procedures for the activities that are under their competence
All the company’s operators must commit themselves to reach the goal of the continuous improvement of the quality
All this is meant also to reach the company’s business as to guarantee in time the constancy of the quality level of all the company’s activities, through the reinvestment of the economic resources that are produced.
For this reason, the Management gave to RSGI the task and the responsibility of providing all the company’s operators with the necessary support and assistance to carry out what is prescribed
