Our passion for tradition and the past have inspired a return to the refined, evergreen style that is the leitmotiv of our I Grandi Classici project, the result of carefully studying the decor of historic European residences, in symbiosis with a culture and love for wood. From the ancient herringbone pattern to Hungarian parquet, Chantilly and Chevron patterns typical of Versailles, the I Grandi Classici project features a line of wood flooring that recalls the feasts of an illustrious past, revisited in a modern key of excellent taste.
Herringbone
It has antique origins, dating back to the period of Ancient Rome, when it became popular to use wood for the floors of the most luxurious houses and palaces, and to fit particular patterns. Today, those precious homes and floors are being revalued by more modern designs. These compositions can be found in all the finishes of the Tavole del Piave and Legni del Doge lines.
Panel Patterns
Creativity, experience and craftsmanship come together with a noble, inimitable raw material. Wood provides endless possibilities for artistic compositions. The Quadrotte of the I Grandi Classici project are reminiscent of classical style furniture, and are now finding great acceptance in contemporary style settings due to the wide range of installation geometries on offer and the possibility of realisation to the customer's original design.
Geometric Patterns
Typical of aristocratic, classical decor, geometrical patterns are still extremely popular for all types of ambiences. The special optic effects of geometrical patterns in the I Grandi Classici project provide great customisation opportunities. A huge range of classical and artistic solutions is available in all the finishes featured in the Tavole del Piave and Legni del Doge projects.
Inlays
From the mid-17th century, the inlay technique was developed, using rare and precious woods. To respond to the reborn taste for the beautiful, the refined and the exclusive, the I Grandi Classici project proposes the Inlays, Panel Patterns with inlaid decorations and different wood species: striking colour contrasts and combinations that give a touch of inimitable style.

Memory and the future. Research and manual skills. The Roundels in the I Grandi Classici project come from clever Italian craftsmanship and the daily experience of skilled specialists in woodwork.
