For his new wooden flooring collection, Andrea Castrignano has joined the Assi del Cansiglio project promoted by ITLAS, choosing beechwood from the Cansiglio forest. This forest, which provided wood for the rows of the Venetian Republic’s ships, was severely damaged by the violent Storm Adrian in 2018.

Parquet floor with displays of illuminated objects, sculptures and ceiling lights.

Andrea Castrignano’s collection explores the camouflage theme. The three-hue deck boards are laid alternatively to form a geometric pattern. The same pattern is then recreated in the upholstery and cushions of the exhibition space. Therefore, the wood experience becomes completely immersive.
